 Your privacy is very important to us, which is why we make sure you are always in control of what we do with your personal information. This notice deals with the way we handle information under various headings.  Depending on your relationship with the FDA more than one of these categories may apply to you. The purpose of this Notice is to tell you what information we collect from you, how and when it may be collected and what happens to it. For the purpose of this Notice, "we", "our" and "us" refer to The Family Doctor Association as an organisation (also referred to as "FDA").

In each section the FDA sets out under which lawful basis we process different information about you, and explains the purpose of that processing.
