Philip Emmott - Adviser
A graduate from Oxford University and a member of two chartered management institutes, Philip oversees the UK operation of Appearance Matters Ltd. He has recently retired as an NHS Director of Primary Care. His most recent position as Assistant Chief Executive of Bury Primary Care Trust included responsibility for quality assurance visits to Primary Care practices. Prior to this, Philip was a lead General Manager for the NHS General Medical and Dental services in North West England. |
